"Michelle was incredibly patient as I shopped for my first home. Being a first-time homebuyer, I needed guidance to figure out what I actually wanted, and what I could get for my budget. In the end, Michelle found me a great deal on a house, which allowed me to have room in my budget to update it and end up with way more house for the money spent, she even walked me through estimating what the updates on it would cost so I could decide if a house that needed some work was right for me.
